The findings say that pre-historic people ground down plant roots, which were similar to potatoes, to make flour, which was later whisked into dough. A reseracher quoted "It's like a flat bread, like a pancake with just water and flour you make a kind of pita and cook it on the hot stone." Wow, it's astonishing what we knew how to do back then!

30,000 year old bread
Grains have been found on 30,000 year old grinding stones and scientist are suggesting that man from 30,000 years ago may have eaten bread despite the fact that they were supposedly strict carnivores! Are they telling us that cavemen actually figured out how to make bread? Whoa!
